Moving through obstacle courses seen on TV require a lot of functional and efficient movement. That’s where parkour comes in to play.
When training parkour, we’re aim to move through our environment as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’re learning to become better versions of ourselves and increase our body’s usefulness within our environment.
